Over the years I’ve used A LOT of different types of protein powders – both whey and plant-based. I found that the whey protein powders aside from having artificial sweeteners and flavours, always made me feel bloated so as soon as I made that link, I dropped them.

Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Proteins+ is the first fully fermented protein which contributes to a healthy gut, overall good health & is easy to digest.

So I talked real quick about the importance of fiber in your snacks. The secret ingredient that puts the caramel in these protein balls are dates. Dates are not only a great natural sweetener in your smoothies and desserts they’re also really high in fiber.
Although I’ve noted them as optional, I really suggest adding chia seeds to these Salted Caramel Protein Balls as well. Not only will they give you a little crunch, chia seeds are also great for boosting your energy.

the need for a sweet satisfying snack AND the need for an energy boost
