It’s inevitable, we always crave something to nibble on between meals so it’s important to think ahead when it comes to snacking so that you don’t dive face first into a double chocolate brownie.


Today I’m going to be sharing 6 healthy snack ideas that will keep you full and energized in between meals to help you power through your work day!

Apples are the perfect healthy snack idea for keeping you full in between meals due to fiber. As a bonus if you eat an apple before a meal you’re likely to eat less. Almond butter is a healthier fat and contains compounds that limit the amount of fat absorbed by the body. Almonds also help calm nerves and combat stress.


2. Carrot and/or red pepper and hummus

Hummus is rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats, and is perfect for making your healthy veggies even healthier. I like carrots due to the crunch factor.


3. Goji Berry Bars

Goji berries are an excellent source of Vitamin C and fibre which makes them perfect for managing your weight.
They’re also high in protein and have an abundance of antioxidants. Check out how delicious they are in these bars!
