  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
