Fat Burning Detox Water Recipe

This refreshing fat burning detox water is perfect to drink if you're trying to lose weight, before you hit the beach, or to reduce bloating.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 2 slices of grapefruit
  • 1 inch piece of ginger sliced
  • 2-3 slices of orange
  • 2-3 slices of cucumber
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 24 fl oz or 3 cups of ice cold water

Instructions
 

  • Let the fruits and veggies sit in cold water in the fridge for a couple hours or overnight to get maximum benefits and flavour.
  • Drink 8 cups a day one week before you hit the beach or need to squeeze into that dress.

Notes

You'll want to replace the ingredients every 24 hours especially if you’re using mint because the mint starts to get brown and yucky.
