Moringa Coconut Latte
This energy boosting moringa latte is packed with over 90 nutrients, and 46 different antioxidants. Drink this moringa latte instead of your morning coffee or in your jammies on a Sunday afternoon!

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk [or your favourite nut milk]
- 1 teaspoon SuperLeaf™ Moringa Powder [I used chocolate]
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder [optional]
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
Add all ingredients except coconut oil and honey to a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer while whisking for about 3 - 5 minutes or until mixture is warm.
Transfer to a blender and add the coconut oil and honey. Blend until creamy and frothy.
If you find the mixture is a bit thick add water to your desired thickness
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
